We\u2019ve looked at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpfonline.co.uk\/blog\/what-is-custom-moulding\/\">what injection moulding is<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpfonline.co.uk\/blog\/your-guide-to-plastics-for-custom-injection-moulding-part-1\/\">plastics most commonly used for injection moulding<\/a>,\u00a0 and now it\u2019s time to look in depth at one of the key advantages to having components created for you using the injection moulding process: branding.<\/p>\n<p>When you choose BPF Online to custom mould your components and parts, you can choose to have your brand logo or something else printed or embossed onto it. So, what would you choose to have featured? And what are the benefits of going to this extra effort when moulding components?<\/p>\n<p>Here are just a few of the things you could use this capability for and how it could benefit your product or brand.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a more premium product \u2013 embossing or printing your company logo on your components can make a product look more premium if it\u2019s done properly and looks good. This also serves as a reminder for those who may wish to purchase additional components, replacements or add-ons further down the road as to where to buy them from.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance awareness of your brand \u2013 this is particularly useful if you use a number of different resellers and want to remind your consumer of the brand that they have purchased.<\/li>\n<li>You may choose to have some kind of fabrication guide or instruction printed or embossed to help the user to orientate the product for assembly. This will make building or installing the component easier and will likely lead to greater ease of use and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>You may choose to have operating instructions embossed or printed on your custom moulded parts. This can be really helpful if operation or dismantling can be difficult or where there are several steps to the process.
