It's also advisable to wait until the product has been received and is suitable for your intended application, before machining your worktop, as manufacturing tolerances may apply.

Q: LEAD TIME FOR SOFT CLOSE STAINLESS STEEL FINISH CABLE TIDYS

A: Hello, We advise a typical lead time of 5 to 10 days subject to stock at the factory. I've just checked and at the time of writing this message(11/07/14), they've confirmed these parts are in stock. We get one shipment leaving every week and unfortunately, our order has already left this week but we can catch next weeks shipment which is likely to then be available to forward on during week commencing 21st July. If these parts were absolutely desperate and you definitely can't live with the anodised aluminium option we stock as standard, then you do have the option to have some flown over by UPS door to door, which I'd estimate would cost in the region of £25. Q: Hi, please can you confirm that the cut out size for this item is 235 x 95.

A: Hi Graham, we have doubled checked and the "cut out dimensions" document which can be found under the technical data tab, are correct. You just need to take 5mm from the X, and 5mm from the Y dimensions, with a radius of 5 in the corners. As with any of these products we reccomend the holes are not cut until you have the unit on site / in hand. Thanks, BPF
