We aim to despatch orders placed before midday, same day - subject to stock availability. Customers have the option to choose between standard P&P and a priority next day service.
Standard P&P
Typically, standard postage will be 1-3 day delivery. We'll determine best despatch method, dependent on weight/value of order. Standard postage services include:
Priority / Next working day Options
You have the option of fast-tracking your order via an overnight carrier (options show above). The cut-off time to guarantee this service is 15:00, but all orders where this option has been selected will be prioritised and if we can physically get your order out with a carrier, then we will do! Overnight delivery is next working day (Mon-Fri excl bank holidays).
Saturday Deliveries
Regretfully our carriers don’t offer a Saturday delivery option, so overnight orders being despatched on Friday will arrive next working day (Monday). If a Saturday delivery is specifically required, then you can arrange your own carrier to collect from us by choosing this option during the checkout.
UK Offshore
If your delivery address is UK Offshore (Northern Ireland & respective offshore islands) or in the Channel Islands please make sure you select the option that applies to you when prompted during the checkout to ensure the correct postage cost is applied to your order. If the incorrect country option is selected during the checkout we will be unable to process the order and will have to cancel and refund the payment.
We offer international delivery to over 230 countries through our shipping partners. A list of destinations is available at the checkout stage. You have the option of using our default international shipping, or if you prefer to use your own shipping account or make your own collection arrangements, simply choose 'collect' at checkout. For international shipping we'll determine best despatch method, dependent on weight/value of the order and it will be dispatched by one of 3 options:
Please note the Royal Mail international services are passed through their network and on to the local delivery courier and delivered by them so, in these instances you can expect the same level of service usually provided.
EU – VAT Exemption
If your billing address is in the EU and have an EU VAT registration number you will be given the option during the checkout to enter this number and remove the VAT from your order.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, collections are not currently possible. We will reinstate them as soon as it is safe to do so.
Depending on order value, quantity and chosen delivery method, orders may be sent by a tracked service. Full shipping details and tracking numbers (where applicable) can be found on the dispatch confirmation emails which are automatically sent out as each order is dispatched. Also tracking numbers will be shown the PDF VAT invoice which is emailed to the chosen accounts contact email address.
