16mm ID x 20mm OD x 28mm Top Hat Nylon Bush

Our 16mm I/D x 20mm O/D Bush with a Ø28mm Top Hat in Nylon 66 is just one of many components from our comprehensive spacers and washers range, designed to reduce friction between moving elements.  Generally manufactured from Nylon or HDPE, they are used to distribute load, prevent wear, isolate, limit noise, provide a pivot point, prevent sliding, dampen shocks or vibration and improve performance in engineering and mechanical assemblies.

Thanks for your review of w/o 297723 and sorry to hear you had an issue with the sizing. Looking at your order I see you had 2 of each of these SKU's : S-90020-162028A and S-90020-161923 so I've taken a sample of each out of stock to measure. The first one, which is the one you've reviewed here, should have the dims of 16mm ID and 20mm OD and 28mm Hat and this is 15mm high - when I put a vernier on this part, I'm getting 16.23mm ID and 20.16mm OD and 27.9mm Hat and 14.95mm deep, so all within reasonable tolerance. When I check the other one, which should have a dims of 16.2mm ID and 19mm OD and 23mm Hat (x 25mm Deep), so with the veriner again, I'm getting 16.5mm ID and 18.9mm OD and 23.1mm Hat (x 25.15mm Deep), so again - within tolerance. So I'm wondering if somehow the 2 different products have got mixed up by the time they've arrived on your desk? Obviously without being able to mirror the discrepancy, I'm limited in coming up with solutions but to comply with our ISO responsibilities, I can confirm that from what I've checked here, the stock is described correctly.
