thanks for your comments and just picking up on the point about the pricing, this is because in order to streamline things - we have pre-packed options already sat and labelled on the shelf which in this case was a pack of 40 as you say, so we incentivise customers to take these packs by discounting more heavily on these, which makes our warehouse operation more efficient - and ultimately speeds up the delivery time for our customers, which is paramount!

Thanks for the review and I just wanted to mention that the flat feet don't really lend themselves to having the ridges you refer to, in fact I don't think any of the flat base ones sold currently have these ridges - as the idea behind the flat base is that chair manufacturers generally want as much of the base to be in contact with the floor as possible, which wouldn't be helped by the addition of ridges. Where you tend to find the ridges is on the rounded style saddle feet, as obviously there's less surface contact and pretty much all of the sizes across this whole range have them, so the equivalent in your instance would probably be our SKU Ref : T-08010-024 which probably would be much better suited to your application. We do offer a free of charge sample service though, so customers can try before they buy and I see there is an orange 'Request a Sample' button on these products, so if you have any future requirements, you may want to make use of that service before making a purchase.
