Q: can you advise where the hinge point is. Presume its the oposite side to the brushed opening.

Q: Hi, Could you tell me if the lid is removable?

A: I've just taken a look at this unit for you and I can see the lid is kept in place with a pin either side but there doesn't appear to be any way to loosen these off, so there's no allen key adjustment for you to be able to remove the lid by the looks of it! I know the access plates we do that we sell as Soft Close and Smooth Close, do have removeable lids if you wanted to consider one of these instead?

Q: Hi I need to know the internal dimensions of the Std Close Plate 276x80x27mm. We ordered x30 of these yesterday. I understand that the hole I will need to cut in the desk will be 263x67 however we will be modifying these and fitting an internal bracket to accommodate x4 USB ports and x3 RJ 45 data ports. We need to know the internal dimensions of the plate so we can start fabricating the bracket we need to suit our needs. Thanks Dave
