60mm Round H-Duty M16 Insert, 1.5 or 2mm

This insert has now been 'Discontinued' by our partner factory, so it will be unpublished as soon as we sell the remining stock.  If you scroll down the page, you will find a 60.3mm Diameter option, which is available in 3 different wall thicknesses - so this will be the alternative option moving forward.

A Threaded Insert with a Extra-Strong Heavy Duty Plastic Ribbed Design and a captive Steel Thread for extra reassurance, designed for knocking into the ends of tube to give you a form of Adjustment or Connection.

As with all our inserts, they're listed just as you would buy the tube so it's Outside Dimensions x Wall Thickness / Gauge Size - or if you're trying to match up to a sample, the key dimension is the head size.  

The head is designed to sit flush with the outside of the tube whilst the shank has either flexible horizontal ribs to suit a multitude of tube walls, or plain sides - in both metric and imperial sizes. We have a huge selection of Feet & Castors to use with these inserts and if you don't see the size you need then let us know as we're constantly expanding this range!  

We show standard colours and finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.
