Hi
The product and service are fine, however I have ordered the wrong Tie. I need a more robust Tie. How can I exchange them?

Response from BPF Websales
No problem sending the ties back, just include a note explaining you need a credit for those ones and we'll refund you on those and you'll just need to place a new order for a larger size if this is what you need. It's entirely up to you whether you place a new order straight away, or wait for the other ones to come back to us and for you to get your refund.
