28-30mm Round Saddle Foot - 7.5mm Peg

These Saddle Feet are designed to Clip over Round Tube and to raise metal framework off the floor, protecting paintwork and reducing noises! Commonly used on products like Swing Signs for the POS Industry, there's a number of applications when tubes run parallel to the floor and you can't raise the tube by using an End Cap. 

All these products fit externally over the tube and some have Integral Location Pegs, so that you can punch a hole in the tube, to avoid the Feet sliding up and down the tube. Manufactured in a flexible Plastic LDPE, each size will open slightly to clip over a range of tube sizes, which means the 'D' dimension is the actual tube these are designed to fit and not the physical dimension - you need to appreciate that they're designed to expand so in it's relaxed state, this measurement will come up smaller.

Broke while trying to for to 30mm tube foot, possibly needed to be warmed up to fit, no instruction or suggestion given!

Thanks for your feedback but just wanted to point out what is invariably the case with these saddle feet, in that they're designed to be a tight fit on tube, so they can't easily be knocked off. So what we often find is that customers need to by buying the next size up, so it may be worth ordering a free of charge sample, as we offer this service online of SKU : T-08020-030 or T-08010-031 and I suspect you'll find they work fine. If you're tube was 30mm then it's on the very outside range of what you've ordered and even tiny things like if the tube is painted or purely tolerance even, can take it fractionally over 30mm meaning you need to opt for the next size up. Just trying to offer some helpful advice as from experience selling these saddle feet, we often find people don't factor in the nature of these products is to provide a super tight fit to start with!
