Our 30mm Diameter Mounting Blocks are a durable and versatile solution for manufacturers, furniture makers and engineers producing bespoke folding table frames, folding desk legs and tubular furniture. Originally developed for customers manufacturing their own folding table systems, these nylon mounting blocks are also ideal for repairing existing furniture or creating custom metal tube assemblies.

Designed to suit 30mm outside diameter (OD) tube, each mounting block provides a strong and reliable fixing point for a wide range of commercial furniture applications. Please note these mounting blocks are sold individually, so if you require a matching pair, you will need to order two units.

Available in a range of footprints and depths, these mounting blocks offer flexibility for different frame designs. They are not intended as replacement parts for our folding table leg kits, and compatibility with third-party designs cannot be guaranteed. We recommend referring to the technical drawings before ordering to ensure suitability. Manufactured from high-strength nylon, these mounting blocks are lightweight, durable and suitable for commercial furniture production. Bespoke colours may also be available for larger production runs, subject to minimum order quantities.
