20x20mm 3-Way Corner Connector, 1.5mm

These 3-Way Corner Tube Connectors are designed for Square Tube and form a Corner Piece so you can join three lengths of tube at pre-set angles to each other. Manufactured from Strong Nylon, there's a huge range of potential applications where these parts could be used.  

this particular model is a 2 Part Design, so you pop both parts together and then the tube obviously locks the moulding into place.

As with all our Tubular Products, we list them exactly as you would buy the tube so it's Outside Tube Dimension x Wall Thickness / Gauge Size. We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.

Q: What is the best way to fit these? They are a tight fit and require a hammer or mallet to knock into place. Concerned they could break with a mis-strike. Can they be softened or may be filed?

A: Hello. If your tube has an external tube dimension of 20x20mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm (so the bore would be something in the region of 17mm), then they will be a push/drive fit. If you were intent on using a mallet, we'd certainly only suggest a forgiving nylon head mallet. They are made from nylon, and so they are quite resilient. Kind regards, BPF
