57.94-68.28mm Dia. Silicone Plug

These Silicone Plugs are available in a wide range of sizes and are designed for protecting and masking parts for undergoing Painting, Plating, Powder Coating and anything up to 600 Deg. F or 316 Deg C. Moulded from a specially formulated grade of Silicone Rubber, there's no colouring agents which could bleed under high temp! Ideal for plugging Threaded Holes and Bosses.  

Each of these parts covers a range of sizes thanks to it's Tapered Design and the Dimensions we list refer to the maximum / minimum! We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.

Q: Looking for a range of sizes to seal Vacumm chambers typically 35,000 to 60,000 feet temp range +95 to -54 deg C will these do the low temp requirements ?

A: Hello, The factory have confirmed that these have an operating temperature range of minus 32 Deg Celcius (-32 Deg C), up to 316 Deg Celcius (316 Deg C).
