5.8mm High x 25mm Diameter Nail Glide

Protect your floors and extend the life of your furniture with this 5.8mm high x 25mm diameter tap-in nail glide. Supplied with a 16mm steel fixing nail, it is designed for quick installation into the base of wooden furniture legs and carcasses, providing a secure and durable fixing.

The larger 25mm diameter offers excellent weight distribution, making this furniture glide particularly suitable for heavier furniture or applications where additional floor protection is required. Ideal for both residential and commercial environments, it helps furniture glide smoothly while reducing scratches, scuffs and movement noise.

Quick Installation

Installation is simple. Position the nail glide centrally on the underside of the wooden leg or base and gently tap the integrated 16mm nail into place using a hammer. Once installed, it provides a secure fixing while allowing furniture to move more smoothly across a range of floor surfaces.

For the best performance, fit the glide to a clean, level wooden surface.

Benefits of a 25mm Furniture Nail Glide

The wider 25mm diameter creates a larger contact area with the floor, helping to spread the weight of the furniture more evenly. This reduces pressure on flooring, improves stability and helps minimise wear to both the furniture leg and the floor surface. Ideal for use on hardwood, laminate, vinyl, engineered timber and other hard floor finishes, this glide also helps reduce noise when moving furniture.
