The main dimension referred to with these standard cover caps is the hole size it's designed to fit. All these caps have a flush fitting low profile head so are perfect for masking screw holes.
A good proportion of this range is only offered from stock in Black or White unless otherwise stated - some of the more popular sizes have been produced in various wood finishes.

I use these screw covers on my upvc french door hinges to cover the small holes through which I access the vertical and horizontal door adjustment screws with an allen key. Can’t seem to get these from anywhere else.

These covers aren't easy to source. This was a pot luck purchase. I needed some covers for hinge adjustment holes on my upvc patio doors. I knew these were about the right size and fortunately they are a reasonable fit, so I'm happy enough.

Q: Dear BPF, please coluld you tell me if these caps are suitable for external applications, i.e. UV resistant?
A: I've checked on this for you and I can confirm that these parts don't have any UV additive in them, so over time, used outside they would begin to deteriorate unfortunately. They can be moulded specially with a UV additive included, but this would have to be quoted specially and I'd anticipate the minimum order quantity to warrant a special run would be in the region of 10 to 20,000 minimum I'd have thought. A material data sheet for this part is published on the product page online, just under the technical data tab if you wanted to take a look at what the standard parts are made from.
