These flush-fitting hole plug caps are designed to neatly cover and conceal unused holes, screw heads, and panel openings. Featuring a low-profile head for a clean finish, they are ideal for use in panels, fascias, coachwork, cabinetry, and general fabrication applications.

The main dimension for these standard cover caps is the hole size they are designed to fit.  All these caps have a flush-fitting, low-profile head, making them ideal for concealing screw holes. Most sizes in this range are available from stock in Black or White unless otherwise stated, while some of the more popular sizes have been produced in various wood-effect finishes.

Q: We are looking for cover caps to go onto an equipment housing, this will be outside and subject to the elements, temperature rain and UV. Can you let me know if this product is weather resistant. Many thanks Terry Gibbs

A: These parts are made from LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) and there are no additives present, such as UV additive - the full material data sheet can be found within the Technical Data tab just next to the Description on the product page. Saying that though, lots of our customers use these outside and as as long as it's not in constant direct sunlight in hot countries, they're generally perfectly adequate. As with most of our products, they're available as samples though - if you wanted to get hold of a couple.
