2.6mm Rivet Cap, Head 15mm-4mm Deep

Plastic Push In Blind Rivet Caps, also known as Rivet Head Covers, Pop Rivet Caps and Rivet Blanks are a type of protection plug which covers the head of the fastener to protect it from damage.  These blind rivet caps are flexible and resistant to changing weather conditions and can also be used to provide a neat finish to products such as furniture. 

These Caps were originally designed for capping rivets but they can also have a number of other uses, as a flush fitting masking cap. Please bear in mind that the drawing when you click the Blue 'View Drawing' button is of the rivet itself, not the rivet cap!

We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.

Q: Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me if the 4mm length is for the shaft length or from the shaft to the top of the cap? I was also wondering if the domed top had a lip or not? As far as I can see there is no drawing for the rivet cap just the rivet. Thank you.

A: Hello. The 4mm is referring to the length of the shaft only. Yes there is a lip, as you'll see in the main image. However, for clarity and to check for suitability, the best thing to do would be to request a FOC sample. Kind regards, BPF

Q: Hi, e.g You show the outer diameter width of the dome is e.g 13mm. What is the diamter measurement of the inner dome. e.g. the outer dome is 13mm. Our popped blind rivet width is 10mm. Sorry, just double checking.

A: Hello. The outer diameter of this cap is actually 15mm. For F-05070-003013-001-005 (which you enquired about over the live chat), the dimension from inner edge to inner edge is approximately 11mm.
