We’d like to introduce you to our new range of Bolt Head Cups and Secure cover Caps. These sturdy and colourful secure cover caps are designed to encase the screw or bolt head and conceal it with an easy push in cap, as seen in the below image:

Availability & use:

Available in sizes M6 to M8 and M10 to M12, these bolt head cups and secure cover caps are sold separately which allows you to mix and match from the wide variety of colours available.

What sets these bolt head cups and secure cover caps aside from the basic options available from standard retailers is that the material is a Polypropylene + UV stabiliser combination, meaning that they can be used outside and withstand the UV effects (from sunlight) that would otherwise degrade the material in a short space of time, as it does with standard Polypropylene bolt head cups and cover caps.

These bolt head cups and secure cover caps are suitable for safely concealing bolts and screws that are protruding from the surface and could potentially be harmful. An example of where they are useful is on wooden or metal climbing frames that are held together using heavy duty bolts/screws, which are not flush with the frame surface. The bolt/screw heads are then safely concealed within a domed cup before being concealed with a push in cap:
