Hole saw for hire service

If you’ve seen the pop up sockets on our site, you’ll understand why they’re so popular. Especially the pop-up socket with flush-fit adapter which can be retro-fitted to desks, units and cupboards to give you access to power where you need it.

The pop up sockets themselves are good value for money, however, if you check out the instructions, you’ll see that to fit them, you need  a 124mm hole saw and arbour. This isn’t industry standard or a common size so, to make life easier, we keep a couple here on site and hire them out to anyone who needs to use them to fit the pop up socket with the flush-fit adapter ring.

How does hole saw hire work?

Hole saw hire from BPF Online is simple. We list the hole saw, complete with the arbour making life particularly easy. This means it’s ready to be fitted straight onto your standard drill.

  1. ‘Buy’ the hole saw and arbour hire item on our website. You’ll know it’s the right one as it says ‘FOR HIRE /70% refunded on return’ beneath the description.
  2. Pay the standard rate for the hole saw and arbour at checkout
  3. We’ll send it out to you by post or courier as we would if you were buying the hole saw.
  4. Use the hole saw – there’s no deadline or timescale on this, but please be mindful that we only have a few and with the popularity of our Milan pop-up sockets, these are in demand.
  5. Once you’re finished with the hired hole saw and arbour, you simply let us know and we’ll email a pre-paid UPS label to you.
  6. Package up the hole saw and arbour and add the label.
  7. Then call UPS on the number on the label to agree a convenient time for them to collect the hole saw.
  8. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the hole saw and arbour to check for damage beyond standard wear and tear. We’ll look to see whether it’s been used to cut materials it’s not intended for (such as Corian or Grantie).
  9. Once we’re happy that you’ve returned the hole saw and arbour in good condition, we’ll refund the deposit element, which is 70% of the original net unit cost to the payment method you made the original payment to.

Simple. Then, hopefully, you’ll leave us a great review on Trustpilot. That’s really all there is to hiring a hole saw and arbour for the installation of our pop-up sockets.
