BPF Christmas orders

Ordering Over the Christmas Period – 2017

With Christmas fast approaching we just wanted to give everyone an update on how ordering with us will be affected.

The BPF sales office will close at lunchtime on Friday the 22nd of December and reopen at 08:30 on the Tuesday the 2nd of January, 2018. Whilst the Sales Office will remain closed throughout this entire period and there will be nobody fielding phone calls or picking up live chats, our warehouse will remain open intermittently sending out orders placed via www.bpfonline.co.uk, as and when postal services allow.

For anyone requiring delivery before Christmas; the last day we are offering a next working day delivery service is Thursday the 21st of December. As standard our cut off for next working day delivery dispatches is 3pm, after this time we cannot guarantee dispatch – but overnight orders will be prioritised over standard delivery orders, if we can get them out we will!

If you are not sure about getting your order in time please contact the sales office or use the live chat feature to check.

Merry Christmas,

BPF
