As mentioned above, we don’t just sell to trade and so all orders are welcome, no matter how big or small.  For in stock parts, you can order however many you’d like; from 1 to 100,000+, simply add however many you need to your basket and proceed to checkout!

We’ve even added a feature so that if you’re looking to make a 1 off purchase for a high quantity, we offer a price bracket system. This system means that the more you buy, the less you pay; as shown below..

Create a trade account

Creating a trade account only takes a couple of minutes, and once done, you’ll be able to place trade orders in next to no time! You can also look forward to exclusive offers and discounts, while being one of the first to know about exciting new products.

Creating an account couldn’t be easier, simply follow the below 3 steps:

1. Click ‘Trade’ (in the top-right of the page)
2. Then choose the type of account you require and click ‘Continue’ :
3. Complete the following registration form and you’re all done!

Alternatively, click the “Access Trade Prices” button on any product page. This will check if you have a trade login already or if you need to apply to be upgraded online. The application / upgrade process is usually very quick and confirmed via email.

Credit account

Having a credit account can be particularly eye-watering, especially with the accompanying APR rates. However, having a BPF credit account provides you with plenty of flexibility; so you can order today and pay another, all with 0% APR to pay!

If you’re looking to set up a credit account, we will need to send you an application form to complete. However, credit accounts are reserved for customers who place trade quantity orders (as highlighted by the blue columns on the pricing table) on an ongoing, regular basis. Provided your application is approved, your first trade order placed will be on a proforma basis. Subsequent orders following the proforma would go onto the credit account.

How does it work with VAT?

We trade throughout the UK and across the whole globe! So no matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you. But what’s more, our site will automatically factor in and calculate VAT when you’re placing your order.

If your order is being delivered within the EU, you will be prompted to add a VAT number. However, if your order is being delivered outside of the EU,  VAT will be removed once your invoice region is selected.
