How to use our custom Desk Builder tool

With climbing energy rates many employers are expecting renewed enthusiasm among employees for returning to the office. But after so long working from home, hybrid working or flexi-working, it might be worth rethinking your office space to make the most of having your employees back in one place. The right office furniture will be key to creating the professional environment that you’re looking for.

Perhaps you need some additional desks to match what you have? Or maybe it’s time for a complete refresh? Either way, desks are important. And not all desks are created equal.

With so many components and so many options it can be difficult to know what components go together, so we’ve made it really easy with our custom Desk Builder tool, to help you design and build the office desks that will work for your space and fit your needs.

How does the Desk Builder tool work?

Different desk styles can engender different feelings or suit different purposes. Executive desks are better for a meeting room or individual office, whereas a space-saving bench and beam desk set-up may be more effective if you’re looking to accommodate a number of people in an open-plan space. You may choose a sit/stand height adjustable desk to encourage creativity and discourage poor posture. The options are (almost) endless.

And once you’ve chosen the style of desk, it’s then about the fit and the look. This clever online tool will give you the chance to design your perfect desk. You can choose the size, frame colour and desktop colour too, giving you a desk that either fits with the rest of your furniture, or one that contributes to the overall ambience of the office with just the right colours.

You can see the cost and how those changes with the volume ordered, and even have your design sent to your email to share with others or for when you’re ready to place your order.

Using the Box15 Desk Builder tool is really easy. It literally guides you through each step of creating your custom-built desk. You can find it on our website.
